If you are having issues with a Kindle book, the Pinewood Technology Team cannot fix the issue with Amazon on a student's behalf. The student must contact Amazon directly. This is unfortunate. If you would like to deal with Amazon with the help of the Tech Team, you can make an appointment with us to call Amazon with you from the Technology Office. Otherwise, you can work with Amazon on your own schedule.

5. You should try the instructions on this page. If it doesn't fix the issue, choose I need more help
6. You can either get a phone call or a chat. I would choose phone call. It might be easier to explain what is going on. They will ask you for your Amazon account and want screen shots.
