We have had a few issues with Amazon Kindle textbooks. I have been on the phone with Amazon multiple times and they need the affected student to contact them so they can try to figure out what is going on with the specific Amazon account.

Carve out 30-45 minutes and try to contact Amazon.

Use this link: https://www.amazon.com/hz/contact-us/foresight/hubgateway

You can get to the support section you need by following this. Note: Sometimes the support link above brings you to a page that immediately allows you to choose either a chat (using a large orange button) or a phone call (using a small link below the button). If you get to that page, I strongly suggest the phone call and not the chat.

1. Choose Kindle, Fire or Alexa device

2. Choose Kindle E-reader

3. Choose Kindle eBooks/Digital Content

4. Choose Problem with Kindle book/Digital Content

5. You should try the instructions on this page. If it doesn't fix the issue, choose I need more help

6. You can either get a phone call or a chat. I would choose phone call. It might be easier to explain what is going on. They will ask you for your Amazon account and want screen shots.

I wish I could be more help with this, but Amazon only let me go so far. If you want, we can do this from my office. We'd need to use lunch or a free period because it could take a while.
